Let me give you a quicky and help you refine your day.

Start by writing a list of 50 to 100 goals.

You might be saying “Uhh… that takes me all day, Arnold!”

This will be easy. I promise.

Your list should look like this…

  1. Get out of bed.
  2. Feet hit the floor.
  3. Use my bathroom.
  4. Drink water.

Get so lasered in and then check them off.

Your brain will begin to identify you as a master at knocking out tasks really FAST.

Write it out the night before and don’t worry about putting it in order.
