REFLECTION BEFORE BED 101: How to Experience the Matrix, Even If You Don’t Have the Time

Last week, I swallowed 10mg of melatonin 10 minutes before bed.

I didn’t think I would feel drowsy. I’m usually skeptical of trying anything before bed.

But, this helped me get into a comfy zone and yawn like a baby.

Restful, deep sleep is the name of the game.

I felt my inner thoughts begin to crawl underneath a leaf.

I’d let my inner patterns slither into the darkness of night.

People have this theory that a shadow comes out when you get into a deep sleep.

Perhaps it is your fears.

Perhaps its fate.

Perhaps it’s your old self trying to hold a grip so it can survive.

The survival of feelings is the name of the game.

That’s why you have to rest when you can.

Before you go to sleep. Stare at the ceiling. Get lost into it.

And begin a series of “thanks” to yourself.

Reflect for 30 seconds. If you can’t do that, then your awareness is stuck in a tornado abyss, deep in the universe, without any observation.

Observe the wires in your brain patterns. Get involved with yourself. Have deep conversations with your mind. Be present.

And love yourself.

Do this for 30 days.
