3 Jacked-Up Reasons Your Feeling F*cked Over Every Hour Of Every Day
I have a master’s degree in overthinking.
I’d sit at the end of the bed while my parents screamed about bills.
As a kid and growing into my early 30’s, I always thought it was my fault.
I had to grow with experience to scratch the surface of my painful memories. Now I understand why I get freaked out about failure.
To avoid emotional torture!
The thing is, the more I stuff it under the rug, the stinkier it gets.
Mental challenges come with the game of life.
I’m no guru or master wizard of life.
But I do have some experience with deadly “in the pit” situations.
I want to help you get back on track and start a NEW you without worry chains tied around your neck.
Here are three ways to slay worries.
Moldy Programming: It’s easy to let toxic thoughts take over your mind. My best piece of advice is to write it out and ASK QUESTIONS towards whatever you want. Don’t worry about answers. Get good and take the dragon on with swift questions!
Push Button Culture: It’s so easy to swipe, look at boobs, and order cheeseburgers. Each action is squirting feel-good chemicals. I suggest bringing out the caveman version of yourself. Get tough! Pen and paper instead of scrolling. Make the notepad your best friend.
Pixel Pain: Each pixel coming through the screen is an opportunity to keep you stuck. Find a way to slice out the cord and get comfy with a pen. Programming your mind is tricky shit. Every “bit” coming in counts.
In a nutshell: Notepad, pen, and questions.
Stay hot out there.
