How Writing A Sentence Every Hour Can Stop You From Feeling Stuck

I washed my hands and brushed my teeth.

I walked the dog and talked to the Divine.

I wrote a few bullet points for an upcoming essay.

Not a bad hour for starting the day.

But what about the next twelve hours?

Okay. Now I’m getting exposure to my actions.

As you trot throughout the day, you might start to ask yourself, “Self, what next?”

Giving yourself immediate exposure at the top of the hour is a good habit.

Why?

Because you get an opportunity to grill yourself and stop pretending to be busy.

I had a ton of struggles in the past pretending to be busy.

“Oh, look, I’m at the computer! I’m so busy!”

“Flores… come on, man. It’s best if you are moving the needle. Checking Youtube and your google calendar is not being productive. Get unstuck, brother!”

Hour by hour, I’m checking into my notepad and questioning my actions.

Confusion leads to failure.

Clarity leads to success.

Keep a notepad nearby and at the top of the hour, review your actions. Get clear and navigate to success.

Stay hot out there.
