In 2020, the pandemic choked slammed me into submission.

Mental landmines were being set off every time I tried to get in a good mood.

A recipe for disaster considered the plan is NOT to rob my money, home, and destroy my marriage…

… But to take over my mind!

My copywriting career was at stake!

And distractions were shooting arrows aimed at my emotions!

The enemy views my mind as Baby Yoda/The Chosen One.

Why does the enemy want to kill Neo, Luke Skywalker, Batman, and golf goof Happy Gilmore?

The enemy hates it when the hero is on the edge of winning!

And for me, the ego loves to push me out of the operator’s seat.

My droopy head continued for days.

Then a shocking moment came out of nowhere!

It started when I saw my wife wore a headband, and it appeared like she had no hair. The angle caught me by surprise!

KAPOW! A knock-out punch to my emotions!

You see, the angle had her resemble a cancer patient.

And visualizing her going chemo and pain put me to my knees.

The Universe took over and made me see the light.

I said to myself, “Self, it’s time to fight back.”

So I did. I started writing again and phoned home to God by journaling my thoughts.

People are looking up to you. They need a hero!

When bad days come, be thankful. Pray about it. Write about it. Get CLEAR about it!
