How A Bull Charged Coal Miner Busted Out Of His Day-To-Day Job To Become A Copywriter… Without A College Degree!!

This is a story of a rugged and worn out coal miner to cleaned up paid copywriter working from home.

Hi, my name is Arnold.

For 13 years, I would roll out of bed, crack my back, and swig down as much bulletproof coffee to keep my eyelids open. All of my rotating work shifts were 12 hours. I ignored my health and sleep patterns. And made some terrible choices because I was half asleep on my days off.

I wasn’t myself.

There were so many days when I would visit the regulars at a local dank bar. Swigging bud light and Jack Daniels, wishing I had a better life.

Just a bunch of howling “nobodies” wanting out of the system.

You see, I didn’t have a college education.

I struggled in school.

I didn’t even know much about how to read or write until I was 10 years old. Many kids in school were miles ahead of me!

After all the torture of trying to figure out learning… I placed myself in a coal mining job. Trying to have success like others in my community.

Expect there were BIG problem that came with a back breaking job like coal mining.

After denying my problems and having signs of anxiety, my world started to crash down.

My girlfriend was concerned with my habits.

I didn’t see my family as much.

I struggled to eat healthy and had extremely high blood pressure.

I took up smoking an entire pack of cigarettes a day.

I was hanging with other bum headed thinkers.

And I abused beer while moping up my memories of “I don’t have a degree or any other skills.”

I felt sorry for myself.

I didn’t have any energy to come out of the slimy pit of negative thinking.

This is a very dangerous spot to be in life.

If you are in that spot… I pray for you because I know that feeling all too well.

This blog is also going to help you if getting in the right path and start seeing results for yourself as a noobie copywriter.

One day while finger swiping Facebook, I came across a marketing guru that was talking about fast-tracking a career and learning how to become a copywriter.

I thought it was bunch of crap…

But one phrase grabbed me by throat…

He said in his Facebook post “Copywriters without college education make TONS of money! “

This was a white-hot moment for me at the time because I was broke, ready to get out of coal mining, and I didn’t require a college education!

Fast forward to 2020 – I work from home, continue to work on the craft o marketing, sales, and copywriting, and help other copywriters find hope too.
