Slicing Up Sunday

Great discoveries in my walks of life since September 2019 meshed with COVID 19:

I realized how much I miss hypertrophy training and went back to keep myself accountable at home. Glad I have weight sets and E Z bar at home.

Echo Studio has amazing sound for work sessions… but Alexa is creepy accurate. Listening all the time.

My wife and I have “leveled” up in the game of life – faith, personal development, wisdom (God/Bible) and we feel awake – Matrix style.

Practicing reading my world guard my brain. After attending a Perry Marshall seminar a few years – I get a huge “bonks” on the head and realized most “truths” are not truth. Gaining ability to spot BS on a fractal scale. I am no pro… but getting better with practice. Always a student.

When systems get too big… they break. Goliath and top heavy vehicle tip over and fall HARD. And everyone is trying to figure it out clean up the mess.

Breaking Bad is just as good the second time around.

Going to sleep with my wife every night is really special to me. I used to work a swing shift for almosf 14 years and it kept me away and realized how difficult it was on both of us. Especially during holidays and life situations. I have so much respect to all workers on swing shift schedule to put food on the table.

Walking my dog is waaaay more productive to my creative brain than trying to force ideas in my head.

Forgiving all people in my past is essential to my health.

Failure is opportunity.

Money is not a source of happiness.

No man is above me, nor below me. They simply know things that i don’t know. I remove the negative emotional charge and do my best.

Bless those just as you have received.

Sunday morning to smash breakfast is a great tradition.

Keep growing. Don’t get comfortably numb.
