Positive Fruit Loops And An Ice Cold Cup Of Cinnamon
“These children that come at you with knives – they are your children. You taught them. I didn’t teach them. I just tried to help them stand up.”
Charles Manson
Morning breakfast…ahem, breaking the fast, is a big part of our programming in America.
It might be a joke to the keto snobs, and cults overtaking the weight-loss trend in the last decade.
I don’t blame any snobs and protecting their beliefs… Believe what YOU want to believe. Veggie freaks are defensive too.
History shows how creative us sugar addicts can be.
Breakfast cereals, pancakes, coffee were a powerhouse in the early ’70s.
Fast forward to the present day, sugar products have idea sex all day long, giving birth to interracial snacks into the market every year!
Chocolate chips are infused into pancake batter. Cinnabon flavored toasted oats are the new attention grabber because Kix cereal is plain ass boring to kids nowadays.
It depends on the market because I know of a few 30 something-year-olds that love Kix because of old habits program installs.
Dick Sutphen (one of my favorite regressionists of all time) had an article about how high veggie, high carb diets were used in mind control and cults to keep people to focus in short sessions while keeping them distracted with fear and guilt.
Some deranged leaders would keep desperate crowds from using the bathroom for hours and have them submit while under physical bladder pain and anxiety (holding in your pee is linked to childhood programs and fear.)
Kind of like Thanos and his minions in the Marvel Universe. He was a mind control king! It wasn’t plasma rays blasting up precious earth that made him dangerous. It was his mind’s power! Thanos knew to pull the emotional strings of The Avengers throughout the entire series!
Leaving innocent and desperate employees, marketers, mothers, brothers, CEO’s, kids, fathers, and loads of victims no time to negotiate or reason with their own thoughts on how to get out of the situation.
Isolation was a volatile tactic too. No escape, no hope.
These high sugar diets would keep their brain activity spazzy, short, and tired multiple times a day, only to rely on the next meal in a couple of hours for focus and energy.
Mood swings would experienced, like a hungry baby.
You might be able to find it online, I think its called battle for your mind.
I guess this is why people that accurately fast and intake proper nutrients and protein feel an extreme and sharp focus for hours at a time without brain fog.
So morning fasts work for me while letting my mind consume a big bowl of “positive fruit loops” aka, journaling and self talk, to keep my mental diet and conditioning to take on the anarchy of the day.
Cinnamon helps keep my insulin low, and a little bit with a cup of water is excellent also.
Bulletproof coffee is an excellent source to keep me satiated and focused for more extended periods. It’s great for studying, reading, writing, journaling, networking, and meditation. It helps me change filters with all the information that comes into my world each day.
Hey, before you go, know that this isn’t about you adding more fat to your diet or fast like Jesus.
This article is about subtraction. Cutting out as much as you can, so you can think and focus.
The more you can free up, the more focus and bandwidth you have each day.
That is the real key to focus.
Keep in mind that everything is programming.
Everything.
Stay focused, my friend!
