Fasting For Friday Vibes

When you’ve seen beyond yourself, then you may find, peace of mind is waiting there.

On January 1st, 2020…most Americans will try so hard to improve and increase their life so they can feel incredible about progress and show off on the next social media post.

One problem: 80% (probably more) will fail miserably.

And hide underneath a rock and read memes until the pain goes away.

Their perspective is of the victim mindset. And the failure will continue to grow.

Not because of luck, gender, race, or income.

They fail because of the disturbing little applications installed in our brains from early childhood.

Mom, dad, siblings, grandma, television, and school teach us where to place happiness and fear.

Just like a computer, your brain is set to run as smooth as possible with the applications and programs from people that received the same applications and programs.

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

And if you haven’t had an update in a while, nothing changes.

Eerie stuff, dude.

What you believe is what you get.

And what you think about most is your reality.

I have been working on a way to change perspective and see life and failure while helping others see success too.

And to handle its ups and downs, we must see failure in a different way.

Self-talk, and using our minds to install new updates so we can operate the best we can in this life.

Failure is key to a sharp mindset.

Because there is no failure, only feedback.

Self-talk and reframing situations.

All the cheesy, cheap triggers to keep us thinking about positivity and love is so powerful, it might be wise to observe your morning environment, and daily thoughts.

Everything you experience matters.

It’s all programming.
