No one really tells you a way to do it. Is there a right way to do this?

The Strange Loop Is Your Body/Spirit And Brain/Mind.

When you crack open the journal and start writing, it takes a bit to get warmed up.

You take a sip of coffee. Stare mindlessly. Write jibberish. Desperately looking for inspiration to pop up at any moment.

The thing is, you are still in the warm-up stage.

It’s like going into the gym on a cold day. You must warm-up before you hit the bench press.

This is why social media is dangerous. Hijacking your dope center. No warm-up is involved.

To move the needle faster, you must know the strange loop.

Your brain communicates with your hands, eyes, feet, digestion, heart… all day long!

Now is when you go into deep waters without confusion.

Look at the way your brain sends signals to your body.

What information in your head can you fork over to activate your hands? Then begins the flow.

No thinking. No editor. No judgment. No time. No space.

Just scribble. Write words. Write about your crazy neighbors. Or how God doesn’t exist.

Whatever you want to write about, do it.

Here are a few nuggets to get you present with your meat suit operating system.

Tip #1: No Delete Button. Normalize the “denial” and get the topics that have dust on them. Pull open the lid. You’ll cover more surface area about your emotions.

Tip #2: Back To The Body. Now that you unpacked the jibberish programming, you have an empty backpack to gather new information goods. Gather to become more.

Tip #3: Back To The Brain. Now that you have gathered the packed of information in your journey put your brain back to work. What can you tear apart and rebuild? For a better nation of thoughts.

There is no right or wrong way to do this. There is a good way. A unique way.

You start to study yourself so deeply, and you won’t have to worry about others tempting you to be a copy of a copy.

• Most of the population is trying to figure things out. Proof from your gut and experiences makes you unique! You don’t need to prove anything to anyone.

• Celebrate to yourself. Don’t get doped up too many “likes”. It’s a tricky beast.
