The Speedy Freelancer

For most of my life, I ran the race.

A stupid race.

I was in a hurry all the time. Running a race to compete with other freelancers and marketers.

I raced other family members.

A terrible way to live.

When I race, I get in a hurry.

When I get in a hurry, I do a shit job.

Never relaxed.

Low self esteem.

And creative juice runs low.

I urge you to evaluate your feelings and mindset.

Ask yourself what you value.

I used to value speed.

But that was a long road in and out of hell.

And honestly…

I won’t go back to thinking like my old self.

It’s a killer for a freelancer.

Or any job.

Be aware of what you value.

Freelance is a serious job.

Wear your mindset and values on you sleeve.
