Evil Thoughts Battle Nature
As the lockdown advances, my home begins to feel like a cold, dank hospital.
It feels a bit artifical. Fake. Boxed in. Like a cubical.
Don’t get me wrong, my home has hope.
But…
Nature has a bit more to say about hope and purging out emotions and feelings.
When you step outside on a summer morning… it never get’s old!
When you work all day and step out in a cool fall day, the air rushes and feels so good on your skin.
IT NEVER GET’S OLD!
I figure this our Source has created us to be explorers. Nature doesn’t want us to be boxed in!
In fact, research studies in stress and anxiety find that people show lower blood pressure and less physical and mental pain when going for a 15-minute walk, 1 time a day.
Can you believe it?
Tiny hinges swing big doors.
Don’t deny nature.
Go smell some flowers.
Watch the sunset.
Walk when the sun in at highest for a 10 minutes.

You won’t be alone with your thoughts anymore.
