How A Chocolate Labs Morning Walk Is Effective As Deep Monk Meditation
For some reason, I feel a deep release of pain and stew up great questions when I walk my fur child at my neighborhood park.
The morning sun, fresh air, birds, and fresh-cut grass.
How is nature in the Himalayan mountains any different from my park?
It isn’t. We share the same air, the sun, the moon.
It’s all a big pile of nature.
So if you want to meditate, start with a walk.
