I Collapsed In The First 5 Minutes…

There wasn’t much I could do…

On a cold morning in February 2010, my body fell with no warning.

There were only little signs…

I was sweating, my chest was pounding, and I couldn’t hold proper balance.

But, I thought it was part of the process when getting warmed up for a workout. That’s why I didn’t see it as a warning.

I dropped really fast, like a first-round knockout punch from Mike Tyson!

And when I collapsed from ONLY 5 minutes of warming up for a workout…

… It was a BIG wake up call to get serious about my health.

I was woozy. Lightheaded and felt sick to my stomach.

Therefore, when I got back up and had a moment with God.

After an hour of crying, I want to share bits of the divine conversation.

Don’t take no for an answer. You can anything you want, but you can’t have everything.

Demand and take action of your “hard to get” destinations.

If you want better health, take care of it first. It’s a place you live in at all times!

I hope my unhealthy moment helps people see that sometimes, we have to have our cage rattled.

Go get the castle. Go fight the dragons. Go fight in the wind!
